Do you offer online therapy?
Yes. All sessions are conducted online through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform so you can access care from wherever you are.
What can I expect in the first session?
The first session is what we call our intake session, it is a chance to get to know one another and dive a little deeper into what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore your history, challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy. This session will set the tone for our future session and we’ll discuss next steps at the end.
How long will therapy last?
Every person’s healing journey is different. Some clients benefit from short-term work focused on specific goals, while others find value in ongoing support.
