Welcome to Equilibria (“Equilibria,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.equilibria-counseling.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of This Site This Site provides general information about Equilibria, our providers, and our services, and may allow you to request information or schedule a consultation. The Site is not intended to provide emergency services or crisis support and is not a substitute for professional mental health care. 2. No Crisis / Emergency Use

Do not use this Site to seek help for a mental health emergency. If you are in immediate danger or believe you may harm yourself or someone else: Call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or Call/text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the U.S.). We do not monitor the Site continuously and cannot guarantee immediate review of messages submitted through forms or email.

3. No Therapist–Client Relationship Created by Site Use Using this Site, submitting a form, sending an email, or leaving a voicemail does not create a therapist–client relationship. A therapist–client relationship is established only after: (a) appropriate intake steps are completed, (b) mutual agreement to begin services, and (c) required consent/administrative documents are signed (as applicable). 4. No Medical or Clinical Advice Information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be construed as clinical, medical, legal, or other professional advice. You should not rely on Site content as a substitute for individualized care from a qualified provider. 5. Communications and Confidentiality (Important)

While confidentiality is a foundational part of therapy, messages sent through standard website forms, email, or internet communications may not be fully secure and may not be appropriate for sensitive information. Please do not submit: detailed mental health history, diagnoses, medication information, insurance IDs, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive personal information through general Site forms unless specifically instructed to do so through a secure method. If you become a client, you may be provided secure methods for sharing sensitive information.

6. Eligibility

The Site is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) unless a parent/guardian is using the Site on behalf of a minor where permitted. By using the Site, you represent you meet these requirements.

7. Scheduling and Inquiries

If the Site allows you to request an appointment or consultation, those requests are not guaranteed and are subject to provider availability, licensure/jurisdictional constraints, clinical appropriateness, and administrative requirements. We reserve the right to decline service where clinically appropriate, outside our scope, due to conflicts, or for other lawful reasons.

8. Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, graphics, logos, images, layout, and other materials) is owned by Equilibria or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal use, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent.
